Steps that you must go through to order a product.

  1. On the product page at the bottom "Add to shopping basket". By clicking on add the product to your shopping cart. Then, you receive the product in your shopping basket, you can also see this on the shopping basket in the right column of the site.
  2. You then click on "Shopping cart", so to get to the shopping cart and you can see which product you have selected. In this screen you can also use the method of payment and choose cash on delivery, advance payment, creditcard, paypal, such as how to deliver and pick up. When you finish choosing, then click "Checkout".
  3. In the next screen you fill in your details so that we can confirm your order and send it to you. You should also check in the box that you agree with the privacy policy of this shop. Then click "Next".
  4. This last screen gives you an overview of what you ordered, your data, the shipping cost and the total amount of the order. You can in each step change - at the top of the page - by clicking the ordering steps. Do you want to complete your order, you must agree to the terms and conditions. Just check in the designated box. You can now click the "Order" button.
  5. After your order is placed we will send you an e-mail with the confirmation of receipt of your order. We will then further inform you  of the status of your order by email or phone.
  6. When you, during the orderproces, has been created an account, you can check the status of your order. In the future all you have to do is just login to your account and you can order direct.
  7. Delivery and payment
    Default, we send the order by GLS. All mentioned prices are excl. VAT and delivery costs. You also have the option to pick up the products in Etten-Leur. If you want to pick up your order please contact us for suitable moments. You can also do this by emailing
  8. Exchange and return
    We make reasonable efforts to deliver a perfect product. Should it nevertheless not meet your expectations, then you have to contact us within 14 days after receipt of the order per email.  If a problem occus, we will as soon as possible try to resolve it.

Paying at Liner
* What payment options do you have?
You can pay by credit card, iDEAL, overbooking or after approval of a credit by means of invoice. 

* Will the order at the time of each payment method be quickly delivered?
All payment options will be delivered within 48 hours if available. Payment through bank transfer account can last for 3 to 4 working days.

* What credit card can I pay and how?

  • You can pay with Visa or MasterCard or AmericanExpress. 
  • You place your order and choose to pay by credit card. When paying please fill in your credit card number, expiration date and CID/CVC code. This is used for authentication and is usually on the back of your credit card. 
  • The data is sent to your credit card company. 
  • When the transaction is authorized, you will receive a message. 
  • In many cases the amount will be charged at the end of the month from your account  (for more information, contact your credit card company).

* How does pay through a one-time permission?

For direct payment through the internet the best method for a safe payment is iDeal. That is an online payment system of the Dutch banks.

* How can I transfer the amount?  

You choose in the ordering process for "advance payment". The display lets you view all specifications.  You will receive them after confirmation also by email. Make sure that your transfer uses the data so we can associate the payment with your order!
